Reservations start at just $305 / night for up to 8 people. We request a minimum 3 night stay.
Stay a whole week and the 7th night is free!
All stays require a $300 fully refundable security deposit at the time of booking.
You final stay cost will include 10.75% NC State and Swain County taxes.
No hidden fees, cleaning is included in the price!

Out of courtesy for future tenants, we respectfully request no smoking
(includes house, porch, back deck, and property grounds).
Similarly, we respectfully request no pets.

Rental Agreement Conditions

Carolina House is a non-smoking facility (includes house, porch, back deck, and property grounds).
Pets are not allowed on the premises in any location, indoor or outside.
Rental Fees will include a fully-refundable $300 security deposit.
