here’s what our guests are saying
We had an amazing stay. The house is nice and private. Also love that the house is close (but not too close) to Bryson City. We spent a lot of time walking around the town and tubing Deep Creek. The music on Saturday night was also wonderful. Thank you for a great home.
Thank you for an incredible vacation! Your home is absolutely beautiful and so welcoming. We felt more at home here than our own hometown. The creek was a wonderful place to dip in, cook s’mores, or explore. Your home had all of us, ages 14-74, wishing we could stay “just one more day”.
Happy New Year! We had a great time at the Carolina House! We loved the creek, games, and downtown Bryson City! My husband loved the fly shop downtown. The Filling Station and Cork & Bean were excellent! The house was well located for all the activities we did over the course of the week. We explored the surrounding area and went gem mining, Polar Express, Cades Cove, and spent Christmas Eve at the Biltmore. The house was well stocked and we appreciate the high-chair. Overall wonderful time and we had a fabulous stay!
We were a group of 8 members who stayed at Carolina House during Thanksgiving. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Carolina House was fascinating and it had surpassed our expectations in every aspect. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, The beds were clean and comfortable and enough clean towels were made available for all of us. Mr. Paul is an awesome and very cool person to deal with. He had fulfilled everything he had promised us during our stay at Carolina House.
I am the queen of research and it took me several months to find the perfect place, that would be Carolina House! We have grand kids from 6 months to 5 years old + 3 sets of parents to accommodate and Carolina House had it all. We loved the master suite on ground level so the Grandparents could escape. The two upstairs bedrooms were perfect and the fact that the owner has equipped the house for a crawling toddler was icing on the cake.
What a fabulous vacation home! My friends and I agree, we have never stayed in a more organized or well stocked home. We regret not being able to use the hot tub because the approaching winter storm resulted in high winds with sticks and branches falling all over. The fireplace more than made up for it, The area is beautiful and we hope to be able to book another long weekend in the summer so we might enjoy the creek and fire pit.
